Graham Sorrell

Graham is Head of Equity, Currency and Derivatives Trading EMEA for State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) managing a team of 6 traders based in London. He began his trading career as a Derivatives specialist before moving into Fundamental Active Equity and Emerging Markets. Previously Graham held positions as a Senior Operations Specialist. He graduated with a 1st Class BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Essex. Graham is a regular participant in various external industry groups, such as The Investment Association - Buyside Trading Committee, and is a member of a number of internal committees including the Trade Management Oversight Committee. In addition, Graham is a frequent contributor in the press on trading and market structure, both online and publications, such as The Financial Times. He joined SSgA in 2005.
