Bruce Bland is the Head of Electronic Trading at ION Markets (Equities). He has over 25 years of experience in software development, specializing in algorithmic trading, real-time data analytics, and market connectivity. Since joining ION Markets in 2019, he has held key roles in product marketing, focusing on equities and European markets. Before ION, Bruce spent 22 years at Fidessa, where he led algorithmic research and data science initiatives. In his current role, Bruce is responsible for all electronic trading products used globally by Fidessa platforms.
