Ines is responsible for Global Trading within the Global Trading Function at BNP Paribas Asset Management. Ines is based in Paris and is responsible for managing a team of 32 traders over Europe, Asia and the US. Ines started her career in 1990 at Citibank in Spain , she subsequently moved to New York to study at Columbia Business School where she got her MBA in 1994. Upon graduation Ines joined Lehman Brothers in New York as Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales. She was transferred by Lehman Brothers to London in 1998 to cover European dedicated Emerging Market clients. Ines joined BNP Paribas In 2000 in London as Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales. In 2002, Ines moved to Paris as Credit Sales covering real money French clients. From 2016, Ines was actively involved developing a centralised tool for gathering client flows and traders axes. This tool was the foundation of Algo credit trading for BNP Paribas. In 2018, Ines moved to research and was named Global Head of Credit Trading Desk Analysts. Based in London, she managed a team of 22 analysts covering Investment Grade and High Yield in the US, European and Asian credit markets.
