Phil Lemmon

Phil is Head of EMEA Sales at ISS LiquidMetrix, with over 25 years of experience working in Financial Services. He has worked in the area of TCA, Best Execution and Trade Surveillance since 2012. His career started at E*TRADE Securities in Toronto with roles in Product Management and managing Client Success for their global institutional client base. Following a move to the UK, Phil progressed into Business Development at Pipeline Europe, a block trading venue specialising in algorithm alpha capture. Prior to his current position, he led Sales and Execution Consulting at Abel Noser Solutions and SteelEye.
