Tim Flinders is the CTO/COO Asset Management at ION. With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in various sectors such as finance and telecommunications, Tim is an expert in software delivery, agile transformations, and IT infrastructure management. His deep understanding of customer experience, business processes, and critical business drivers allows him to address both the business and technical dimensions of the industry. Tim's broad knowledge encompasses front, middle, and back-office operations, with a particular emphasis on Buy-side systems. He has successfully led the development of portfolio accounting software and front-office trading platforms. Currently, Tim is spearheading the development of the LatentZero Buy-side suite, which encompasses order management, trade execution, regulatory compliance, and post-trade affirmation. As a technologist, he is passionate about the adoption of Cloud, SaaS, and AI application for the financial services industry.
