Adam Conn joined Baillie Gifford in 2016 as Head of Trading. He is a director of Baillie Gifford Overseas Ltd. He is also the past Chair of the Investment Association's Equity Trading Committee and leads the UK Accelerated Taskforce's Trading stream. Adam began his career in 1984 as a junior trader on the floor of the London Stock Exchange with Scott Goff Layton & Co. and subsequently led trading teams based in London, Hong Kong and New York. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
