Deputy Global Head of Trading & Securities Finance Candriam

Fabien Oreve has been Deputy Global Head of Trading and Securities Financing at Candriam since May 2023. Fabien currently supports the management of a team of experienced traders with a daily focus on equity products including cash instruments, derivatives, and ETFs. As Deputy Global Head of Trading and Securities Financing with responsibilities in both Brussels and Paris, he also helps supervise transversal topics such as regulatory aspects, transaction cost analysis and Forex implementation. The Candriam multi-asset trading desk has strongly expanded in terms of activities over recent years; it has been able to maintain a high level of trading efficiency, reinforcing its proximity with portfolio managers. Prior to joining Candriam, Fabien was Program Sales-trader at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux in Paris. He graduated from Rennes Business School and the University of Caen Normandy, France, with a Master’s Degree in Banking & Financial markets.
