Hasham Burhani

Hasham Burhani is the Global Head of the multi-asset Algorithmic Research & AI team at RBC Capital Markets. Since joining RBC in 2013, Hasham has helped grow the electronic trading business through leading the creation and development of the patented AI trading platform, Aiden. His team’s current objective is to develop a broad suite of AI trading algorithms and research quantitative improvements to the multi-asset electronic trading platform. With a master’s degree in Machine Learning from Trent University and a background in software development, Hasham continues to integrate cutting-edge AI techniques into the electronic trading business.
