Global Head of Trading GAM

Juan is the Global Head of Trading and is responsible for all GAM’s Trading Infrastructure, Strategy, Processes and People as well as Counterparty Relationships.  Prior to joining GAM Investments in September 2018, he was Global Head of Fixed Income & FX trading at DWS Group (formerly Deutsche Asset Management) for 4 years. Before that, Juan spent almost 10 years at Fidelity Investments starting as a Senior Credit Trader and then as Head of Fixed Income Trading for the last 4 years. He has held various trading and financial analyst roles across Madrid, New York and London throughout his career which started in 1994. Juan holds an MSc from Heriot-Watt University in International Banking & Financial Studies and a BA in Economics from Kingston University.  He is based in London.
