Kavel has 20+ years of industry experience demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise in electronic trading. His innovative yet practical approach to client solutions, deep understanding of electronic execution, market trends, cutting-edge technologies, and his ability to partner with clients and market participants has earned him a reputation as a visionary leader. Before joining BMO Capital Markets, Kavel spent 12 years at Citi within the Electronic Trading division, where he was responsible for the Sales Trading, Algo Trading, and Execution Advisory teams servicing Global clients trading European Equities. Before Citi, Kavel worked at ITG where he was an integral part of their European algo launch.
