Man Group is a leading hedge fund which has more than $78 billion in assets under management (AUM). There are four major investment groups underneath the Man Group umbrella: Man AHL, Man Numeric, Man GLG and Man FRM. As CTO of Man GLG, the discretionary investment management engine of Man Group, she is responsible for delivering performance enhancing technology solutions for Man GLG’s portfolio managers. Prior to joining Man GLG, Kirsten was Head of Technology Strategic Initiatives at Man Group from October 2017 to July 2018. Before this, Kirsten was responsible for building and running the technology platform for Oak Capital, a proprietary commodities trading firm active in all major global commodities markets. She has also held roles at Mandara Capital, Diligent Board Member Services, Marco Polo Network, RiskCare, and began her career at Merrill Lynch.
