Maddy is an Analyst Sales Trader for Northern Trust Capital Markets, having joined as part of their 2021 graduate programme. In her role she specialises in equity Program Trading, overseeing baskets throughout their trade lifecycle from Pre Trade analysis, to managing them in the market and Post Trade analysis. With a passion for driving sustainable change within the trading industry, Maddy is Northern Trust’s representative for the Sustainable Trading network, where she represents the new generation of traders.
