Olivier Vigna

Olivier Vigna joined Paris Europlace as Deputy CEO in April 2021, in charge of developing and promoting Paris as a Global Financial Center. Before, he has been HSBC Group Chief France economist, presenting research forecasts and views to HSBC institutional and corporate clients. Previously, he has worked at the French Treasury as Chief Economist of the Debt Management Office (Agence France Trésor), as Chief Economist at the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), and at the Banque de France as Head of Division in charge of economic, financial and regulatory topics.
