As Head of Securities Trading Sales & Platform Distribution, Scott has had overall responsibility for global business development activities across Secondary Markets on both London Stock Exchange and Turquoise. Scott is a regular commentator on market structure and execution services landscape, especially in the field of electronic trading and global client distribution management. Scott joined the Group in March 2017 having spent the previous 16 years of his career in various roles within execution services including Instinet, Nomura, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Having been actively involved in the early days of electronic trading, Scott has managed trading, product and sales platforms across a number of businesses. As Managing Director of International Algorithmic trading at Bear Stearns, Scott was responsible for the build out of electronic sales trading in London before joining JP Morgan as Head of Electronic Client Solutions, EMEA.
